Lucky for this driver that he does not have number plate showing on his tractor. He was towing a big trailer with another tractor in it, this is a big dangerous vehicle and the driver was on his phone pas a school!
He was travelling on the A570 Southport Road at 9:20am, in the direction of Ormskirk, just by Pinfold Primary School at the junction with Pinfold Lane and Smithy Lane.
